The History of Street Heat
Founded in 2016 in Mesa, AZ, we spent years perfecting our craft of building high quality, budget focused food trucks. Our reputation was built organically on word of mouth. 300 Trucks later, we're still kicking.
Fast forward to 2026: We've moved to Round Rock, TX. We have a new name, and a new vision: Create the most unique food trucks the world's never seen before.

Street Heat Mobile Kitchens is a custom food truck and trailer builder based in Round Rock, Texas (Austin area).
Since 2016, we’ve completed nearly 300 custom builds — ranging from traditional high-volume units to bold, one-of-a-kind designs like our signature foodCUBE.
We moved our entire operation from Arizona to Texas in 2024 because we saw a better opportunity to serve food entrepreneurs in the growth oriented tech hub of Austin.
What started as a traditional build shop has evolved into something more creative. Today, we still do regular trucks, but we specialize in unique, head-turning mobile kitchens that help our customers stand out on the street.
